Michelin Power GP2 Tyre Pair The Michelin Power GP2 sits one below the Power Cup 2 as one of Michelin's stickiest road-legal tyres. It's a step up from the Power 6 in terms of performance potential. On the road the Power GP2 warms up quickly, feels precise and offers lots of feedback. Where the Power GP2 really excels is on the track. The Power GP2 feels firmer, more responsive and offers more grip. The bike feels more agile when it comes to changes of direction and is able to hold a tighter line when running the GP2s compared to the Power 6. We don't feel the Power GP2s are excessive for road riding. According to Michelin's charts, the Power GP2 is aimed equally at road and track. However, with the Power 6 covering the road stuff, we'd suggest the GP2 is a great choice .
