The Frank Thomas Dallas Rain Jacket is made from 100% polyester with taped seams to prevent water ingress and the front zip has a Velcro storm flap for added waterproofing. This over-jacket has a Hi-Viz strip and reflective piping across the chest and back for increased visibility, there are two external zipped pockets for storage and a comfort lined collar.
