Held Gore-Windstopper Motorcycle Neck Tube Warmer - Black

Makes neck and chest feel protected against draughts but a bit tight to pull over head. Gore-Windstopper lining (90% polypropylene). Nice, well made bit of kit. Good fit and goes exactly where I want it, top of neck, not over chin.
