Windproof & adjustable necktube. Review based on size and fit as not yet tested in wind and rain. This necktube is not totally what I expected, it is very slim and long. Being so slim it can be a struggle getting it over your head and depending on the type of jacket and the collar it has, it might not fit over the collar like it does on my Rukka jacket.
